To explore the influence of knockout of Brd9, a key constituent of non-canonical BAF chromatin remodelling complex in HSCs of mice, HiC sequencing was carried out for wildtype and Brd9 knockout mice. Chromatin conctact maps were created by mapping the HiC pairedend reads to the mouse genome, and topological associating domains (TADs) and chromatin loops were identified. By comparing the TADs and chromatin loops between wildtype and Brd9 knockout mice, the influence of Brd9 knockout on TADs and chromatin loops has been analysed.
