The diversity of the bacteria associated with L. dimidiatus in captivity and wild environments were assessed by using 16S metagenomics analysis. Skin, stomach and water surrounding were the three main factors which are directly related in the structure of bacteria communities associated with fish. Metagenomic DNA was extracted directly from the skin, stomach and water samples of both environments.
