Polysome-seq of YBX heterozygous testes

RNA sequence analysis of mRNP and polysome occupancy in single and compound Ybx2/3 heterozygotes revealed loss of translational repression almost exclusively in the compound Ybx2/3 heterozygotes. RNA-sequencing of total RNA, the mRNP, and polysome fractions from wildtype, single YBX heterozygous, and compound YBX heterozygous adult testes对单杂合与复合杂合Ybx2/3个体的信使核糖核蛋白复合物（mRNP）及多聚核糖体占用情况进行RNA序列分析后发现，翻译抑制的丧失几乎仅见于复合Ybx2/3杂合子。该研究同时对野生型、单YBX杂合型及复合YBX杂合型成年睾丸的总RNA、mRNP及多聚核糖体组分开展了RNA测序。
