Coffee leaf litter decomposition: Short term home-field advantage in shaded coffee agro-ecosystems

Three data files are associated with the manuscript "Coffee leaf litter decomposition: short term home-field advantage in shaded coffee agro-ecosystems" in Applied Soil Ecology. Two describe the tethered line experiment; "TLdata1.csv" is the data from the tethered line experiment and "LECOalldataclean.csv" is the carbon to nitrogen ratio data for the tethered line experiment. The third data file, "AR_F19_nc.csv" includes the data from the litterbag portion of the experiment. All methods are described in detail in the Applied Soil Ecology publication.
