Comparative transcriptomic profiling of Candida auris RCA1 and EFG1 null mutants in comparison to the Wild-Type Strain RNA Sequencing was conducted on clinical isolates of Candida auris, including the wild-type (WT) strains and deletion mutants in RCA1 or EFG1. The cells were cultivated to the exponential phase in YPD at 37°C with agitation at 200rpm. Subsequently, cultures were harvested, and RNA isolation was performed, followed by the preparation of sequencing libraries for three biological replicates. Specifically, for the rca1∆ mutant, sequencing was conducted on two distinct clinical strains labeled as R1 and R2. For the efg1∆ mutant, sequencing analysis was performed on the R1 strain.
