Genomic diversity of Dengue virus serotypes and genotypes circulating in Pakistan

The current project aimed to analyze the emerging mutations in all targets proteins of dengue virus genome in 2022 outbreak. 23 whole genomes sequences from were performed from Punjab Province in which 4 failed 19 showed numerous mutations. Numerous novel mutations have been detected in all targets. Regular genomes analysis of DENV in different locations is essential for designing new policies.
