Yellow Early Senescence-1 Mapping

This project contains the sequencing data used for mapping the Yellow Early Senescence 1 (YES-1) locus in the Durum wheat Kronos TILLING population (line K2282). This includes the exome capture sequencing data obtained from the yellow and green bulks from two F2 populations, as well as the sequencing data of the mutant chromosome 3A, isolated via flow-sorting. The aim of this project was to fine-map a region coding for a dominant early chlorosis and senescence phenotype identified in forward screens of the chemically-mutagenised Triticum turgidum cv. Kronos TILLING population.
