Multimodal PET–SEEG Dataset

These datasets contain the imaging and electrophysiological data used in the analysis and presentation of results for the manuscript “Quantitative Fusion of FDG-PET, FMZ-PET, and SEEG Improves Epileptogenic Zone Localization and Surgical Outcome Prediction in Drug-Resistant Epilepsy”. For each subject, the PET folder provides MNI-normalized SUVr images for FDG-PET and FMZ-PET. The SEEG/EM folder provides ictal epileptogenicity mapping (EM) outputs, including t-statistic maps and masks. The SEEG/HFO folder contains interictal high-frequency oscillation (iiHFO) summary files with channel-level event counts. Electrode contact names and MNI coordinates are stored in SEEG/elec, and MNI-space resection masks and ROI-level resection coverage measures are stored in the Resection folder. Example MATLAB scripts in the code folder illustrate how PET abnormalities, EM EOT metrics, iiHFO Z-scores, and multimodal fusion metrics were computed from these data.
