Description The BayesianInfectionModel.R file contains commented R source code to run the four dynamic Bayesian white pine blister rust infection models described at length within the ‘Methods’ section of this paper. We are unable to provide the raw dataset used within this work, but this file outlines the computational process used to parameterize the model for the 121 sites within the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.
