Transcriptome sequencing was performed on preoperative serum exosomes and postoperative tumor exosomes from seven patients with low risk nonmuscle invasive bladder cancer and seven patients with locally advanced muscle invasive bladder cancer with lymph node metastasis who did not receive neoadjuvant therapy. The objective of this study was to investigate the role of serum exosomes and tumor tissue exosomes in bladder cancer progression and explore potential exosomal markers for predicting progression.
