THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF ELEMENTARY FUNCTIONS FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS

This thesis studies the theoretical foundations of elementary functions from the point of view of mathematical analysis. It covers the formation of the concept of elementary functions, their classification, and their inextricable connection with the basic concepts of mathematical analysis - limit, continuity, derivative, and integral. It also analyzes the theoretical properties of algebraic, trigonometric, exponential, and logarithmic functions, and shows their importance in mathematical modeling and solving practical problems. The results of the research serve to deepen the theoretical foundations of mathematical analysis and improve knowledge about elementary functions.
