Fujian tea plantation soil microcosm metagenome under laboratory cultivation

This project investigates the microbial community dynamics in Fujian tea plantation soils under controlled laboratory conditions. Soil samples were amended with organic fertilizer, ammonifying bacterial suspension, and nitrification inhibitor, then incubated at 25 C for 56 days with moisture maintained at 60% field capacity. The experiment included three randomized replicates, and metagenomic sequencing was performed on day 28 samples to assess taxonomic and functional shifts.
