Data used in paper 'Computational modeling of head direction cells in three-dimensional space: directional encoding and visual cue manipulation'

Head direction trajectory (angular.mat), connection weight matrix (w_n8100_a0.1205_b0.112_beta40.mat) used in the simulation of the 3D head direction model. There are 8100 (90*90) neurons in the model. Applying these data to the model can reproduce the simulation results in the paper.
