PCAT-A10 Dataset and Reproducible Analysis Scripts for the Assessment of Primary Care Attributes in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain)

This repository contains the anonymized dataset, intermediate datasets, reproducible R scripts, statistical outputs, figures, supplementary material, and supporting documentation generated during a cross-sectional study evaluating primary care attributes in the 16 Basic Health Zones of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain) using the Primary Care Assessment Tool (PCAT-A10).The repository was developed to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and data reuse in accordance with FAIR principles. It includes anonymized data, analytical workflows, descriptive and inferential statistical results, spatial visualizations, metadata documentation, a data management plan, a data dictionary, ethics approval documentation, and supplementary materials associated with the study.The repository allows full reproduction of the analyses, tables, figures, and results reported in the associated manuscript.
