HP-PPI dataset after applying the mMKGap feature extraction algorithm

This dataset consists of 3 sets of data, each including a train data, a validation data, and a test data. These are basically extracted features from host-pathogen proteins with a class label, which determines whether the host and pathogen interact or not. The data is symmetric (the number of positive class protein pairs equals the number of negative class pairs) and the features have been extracted using the mMKGap algorithm from the PyFeat library.
