the datasets of the 2017 Changdao swarm in eastern China

This repository contains the source data underlying the figures and analyses presented in our Communications Earth &amp; Environment manuscript on the 2017 Changdao earthquake swarm (eastern China), entitled “Reactivation of basement faults by lower-crustal fluids during the 2017 Changdao earthquake swarm, Eastern China”. The dataset includes (i) a detected earthquake catalogue obtained by using matched filter method, (ii) a high-resolution relocated earthquake catalogue for the swarm, and (iii) a focal mechanism catalogue derived for events in the study.<br>Files are provided in TXT formats and include event identifiers, origin times, hypocentral locations, magnitude. The focal mechanism catalogue includes strike/dip/rake. The data are intended to enable reproduction of the main figures (e.g., space–time migration patterns, statistical summaries) and facilitate reuse in related seismological analyses.Please cite this dataset using the Figshare DOI.
