资源简介:
We believe that our study can make an initial contribution to filling the literature review gap to understand the state of the art, develop metrics related to publications in journals, investigate collaboration networks, generate opportunities for partnerships for new research and, finally, highlight issues relevant to decision makers in Open Finance organizations .
We carried out a bibliometric analysis, based on 71 articles from 2016 to 2023, to provide a view of the evolution of knowledge in Open Finance , reflecting on the predominant themes in each period and outlining the panorama of the sector's development over time. We seek to answer questions involving: 1. What are the main themes in scientific articles about OF? 2. What are the main innovations in financial services promoted by OF? 3. What are the main technologies related to OF innovations? 4. How is research in OF evolving? 5. What are the main sources of information and research networks? 6. What is the definition of open banking and open finance and their differences?
We carried out a systematic literature review using bibliometrics, which according to Moral- Muñoz et al. (2020) is a set of methods for quantifying the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge and providing valuable insights for understanding the evolution of science, helping to identify emerging research areas, collaboration networks and the overall impact of research. Zupic and Cater (2015) reinforce that bibliometric methods reveal great potential for quantitative confirmation of subjectively derived categories in published reviews, as well as for exploring the research landscape and identifying categories. As proposed by Moral- Muñoz et al. (2020), we used Bibliometrix , a package for the R statistical programming language for quantitative research in bibliometrics, due to its ability to import data from diverse bibliographic sources, perform multifaceted analyses, and produce informative visualizations. The graphical interface of Biblioshiny , an extension of Bibliometrix , provided a streamlined experience, allowing descriptive analyzes and scientific map visualizations to be performed without the need for advanced programming skills. Additionally, for qualitative analysis, we used the MAXQDA software which, according to Gibbs (2009), simplifies the data analysis process and provides more time for interpretation and understanding of the data, which contributed to answering the research questions.
It is worth highlighting that limits were applied in the development of these analyses, in order to ensure that essential information could be presented with the aim of answering the central research questions, providing a foundation for the formulation of hypotheses that could be corroborated or refuted in future research. . The results were interpreted and supported the description of the intellectual structure of the OB and OF research field.
