Dataset and code: Aragonite saturation state and carbonate system variability, Chame Bay mangrove estuary, Panama (2024–2025)

Dataset and analysis code supporting the manuscript "Aragonite Saturation State and Spatial, Seasonal, and Short-Term Variability of the Carbonate System in a Tropical Mangrove Estuary (Chame Bay, Pacific Panama)". Includes physicochemical field measurements (temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, pH, pCO2, nutrients) from 50 observations across five stations and two seasons (2024–2025), CO2SYS-derived carbonate system outputs, and Python code reproducing all statistical analyses reported in the paper. Data were collected as part of the master's thesis research on estuarine acidification in Chame Bay, Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, funded by SENACYT Panama (project APY-NI-2024A-35).
