miRNA-sequencing of human non-calcificated and calcificated aortic valve interstitial cells

To explore the miR expression profile of calcified valve interstitial cells (VICs) induced by high calcium/phosphate, identify the key miRNA in the calcification process of VICs, and probe effect of miRs in regulating valve calcification. Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from miRNA-seq of 2 different treat cells. Comparative gene expression profiling of miRNA-seq data from calcified and non-calcified human aortic valve interstitial cells (Calcification and Normal).
