The effect of arginine on the proliferation process of porcine follicular granulosa cells and its mechanism of action

To investigate the effects of arginine on the proliferation process of porcine follicular granulosa cells and its underlying mechanisms, this study employed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) technology to elucidate the intrinsic mechanisms by which arginine influences porcine follicular granulosa cell proliferation. It conducted an in-depth analysis of the association between arginine metabolism and follicular granulosa cell proliferation, exploring potential regulatory networks and molecular mechanisms involving arginine. This research provides a theoretical foundation for comprehensively understanding the role of arginine in porcine follicular development.
