This dataset is a collection of flow cytometry measurements (abundance of virus, bacteria and small protists (primarily <20μm)) taken as part of the Nansen Legacy project (www.arvenetternansen.com), as part of the '2021 Seasonal Study Q2' cruise (2021704). The data are collected from a CTD-rosette with Niskin bottles from station NLEG18 taken on 2021-05-09T08:20:05.615Z at 81.4323906333333°N and 31.1469057°E.
