This dataset includes the MS result files for the identification of the molecular targets of Ginsenoside derivatives, erianin and ruthenium (III) pyrazole compounds using proteome integral solubility assay (PISA), ProTargetMiner or thermal proteome profiling (TPP). The animal raw data to evaluate the <i>in vivo</i> efficacy of ginsenoside derivatives and erianin was also attached.
