Transcriptome-wide gene-expression analysis of colonic epithelium from enteroendocrine cell-deficient mice

The goal of this study is to study the consequence of EEC loss on the colonic epithelium through tissue specific deletion of the transcription factor Ngn3. Overall design: colonic epithelial cells from 12-13 week old wild-type (Ngn3 f/f) and colonic enteroendocrine deficient (CDX2 Ngn3 f/f) animals were used for RNASeq.
