Pairs F1-R1 and F2-R2 were used for PCR amplification. Primers F1, F2 and F3 were used for forward sequencing; primers R1, R2 and R3 were used for reverse sequencing. The position of the nucleotide at 5’-end of each primer is indicated in both legacy and HGVS name. The annealing temperatures used (Ta) and the length of amplicons are indicated.
