AAAKB

AAAKB is a comprehensive database to explore known functional genes and predict potential candidates in abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA). A total of 378 genes and 434 SNPs were manually curated from literature resource. Annotation information was provided including basic information, function, and protein–protein interaction (PPI).AAAKB 是一款用于探究腹主动脉瘤（abdominal aortic aneurysm, AAA）已知功能基因并预测潜在候选基因的综合性数据库。研究人员从文献资源中手动整理得到378个基因与434个单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP），并提供涵盖基因基本信息、功能注释及蛋白质相互作用（Protein-Protein Interaction, PPI）的相关注释信息。
