[Metadata] Stakeholder Interviews for Circularity Dashboard Requirement Identification & Persona Development

Nine semi-structured interview/review sessions conducted to identify the DiCE Circularity Dashboard's target user groups and requirements, and to inform user personas guiding its design. Two external interviews with value-chain stakeholders outside the DiCE consortium (a recycler and a reprocessing/sustainability consultant) and seven internal sessions with domain experts and consortium-affiliated partner organisations occupying manufacturer or waste-management roles (see attached metadata for the full internal/external breakdown). Conducted between January and April 2025. Recordings and transcripts are restricted under a signed GDPR-compliant consent procedure (Art. 5 & 9 GDPR, § 17(1) Berlin Data Protection Act); this deposit's metadata reports only stakeholder category, no (company) names.
