The data-set is used in the publication entitled: 'Plant growth shapes the effects of elevation on the content and variability of flavonoids in subalpine bilberry stands' published in Plant Biology (Plant Biol.). The data-set include sample sites environmental data, growth traits of Vaccinium myrtillus (bilberry) stands and flavonoid content measured in leaves and berries of Vaccinium myrtillus L.
