“畅行宝V2”产品为有订阅前置要求、按订阅周期提供服务的API数据产品。客户针对有运行管理需求的车辆获取数据采集及监控授权后，依据md5加密后的设备编码进行“畅行宝”产品服务订阅，单车单次订阅周期为自然月。 针对订阅服务期内的车辆，“畅行宝”产品从重型柴油车远程监控平台采集的国六数据中实时获取车辆的位置数据（经度、纬度）、车速数据，并基于技术模型进行数据加工处理，输出包含通行路段网格编码、推送时间间隔平均车速的产品服务。畅行宝产品服务基于 HTTP 协议以推送方式按不低于30s时间间隔向客户提供最新服务内容，客户收到服务内容后及时返回确认应答。The "Changxingbao V2" is an API data product that requires pre-subscription and provides services on a subscription cycle basis. After obtaining the authorization for data collection and monitoring for vehicles with operational management requirements, customers subscribe to the "Changxingbao" product services using MD5-encrypted device codes. The single-vehicle subscription period is one calendar month. For vehicles within their active subscription service periods, the "Changxingbao V2" product acquires real-time vehicle position data (longitude and latitude) and speed data from the China VI emission standard data collected by the Heavy-duty Diesel Vehicle Remote Monitoring Platform. It conducts data processing and refinement based on technical models, and outputs service content including the grid code of the traveled road segment and the average speed within the push interval. The "Changxingbao" product service delivers the latest service content to customers via push mode based on the HTTP protocol at an interval of no less than 30 seconds. Customers shall return a confirmation response promptly after receiving the service content.
