Soil nematode sequencing across Europe

In this study we investigate the community composition of soil nematodes across a transect from Greece to the Netherlands where we sampled rhizosphere soils of different range-expanding plant species and their native congeners in six different countries. Nematodes were first extracted from soils followed by DNA extraction and PCR amplification using general eukaryotic primers.
