Evolution of the genetic load of invasive insect species using transcriptome-based exome capture

The aim is to use a population genomics approach to study the evolution of the genetic load during biological invasions in two insect species, Harmonia axyridis and Diabrotica virgifera virgifera. For each species, native and invasive populations were sampled. All sequencing data are obtained from pool-sequencing.
