Code and Data for: Optogenetic Synchronization in Excitable Media by Archimedean Spiral Illumination

This dataset contains the source code, simulation data, and analysis scripts supporting the study "Optogenetic Synchronization in Excitable Media by Induced Archimedean Spiral". The repository includes: FORTRAN source code for simulating excitation dynamics in two- and three-dimensional excitable media under Archimedean spiral optogenetic illumination; Initial-condition datasets used to generate turbulent excitation states; Python scripts for processing simulation outputs and performing parameter scans; MATLAB scripts for reproducing the figures and quantitative analyses presented in the manuscript; Raw numerical data generated from the simulations; Documentation (README) describing the repository structure and usage instructions.
