DriverDB

DriverDB is a cancer omics database which incorporates somatic mutation, RNA expression, miRNA expression, methylation, copy number variation and clinical data in addition to annotation bases. This database also uses published bioinformatics algorithms to identify driver genes and present them with different molecular features; there are three functions, ‘Cancer‘, ‘Gene’, and ‘Customized-Analysis’, to help researchers visualize the relationships between cancers and driver genes.DriverDB是一款癌症组学数据库（cancer omics database），除包含各类注释数据集外，还整合了体细胞突变（somatic mutation）、RNA表达、miRNA表达、甲基化（methylation）、拷贝数变异（copy number variation）与临床数据。该数据库采用已发表的生物信息学算法识别驱动基因（driver genes），并结合不同分子特征展示相关驱动基因；平台设有“癌症（Cancer）”、“基因（Gene）”与“自定义分析（Customized-Analysis）”三大功能模块，可帮助研究人员可视化呈现癌症与驱动基因之间的关联关系。
