We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of KFs in the intestine. Overall design: KFs from the control group and those treated with HMME-SDT at 1.0 W/cm² and 1.5 W/cm² were harvested 24 hours post-treatment using TRIzol reagent. RNA sequencing was carried out by Singleron Biotechnologies.
