The whole genome of 20 clinical isolates was sequenced using the IonTorrent PGM platform. The beta-lactam resistant isolates were selected upon analysis using PCR and Sanger-sequencing due to a none corresponding phenotype. E.coli, K. pneumoniae, E. cloacae and M. morganii are represented among the isolates. The reads were assembled with MIRA and annotated with RAST
