资源简介:
The dataset comprises the raw chromatograms in "cdf" format of the breath and hair volatile samples collected from dogs from Colombia diagnosed with the cutaneous or visceral form of canine leishmaniasis and from control dogs. The software needed to access the data is Matlab. An CSV file ("CO dogs information. CSV") with information about the dogs, type of sample, and their correlation with the raw chromatograms, is also provided.
The samples were analysed with a Shimadzu GCMS-QP2010 PLUS-1 quadrupole system (Shimadzu Corportaion) employing an HP-5ms chromatographic column (Agilent Technologies, Inc.). The volatile samples were captured on a DVB/CAR/PDMS SPME fiber by exposing the fiber to the volatile heaspace of the sample stored in Tenax TA disposable sorbent tubes for 10 min at 250 ºC desorption temperature, and injected manually in the injection port of the GC system, which was operated in the splitless mode. The employed desorption temeprature and time were 250 ºC for 1 min. GC oven temperature profile was: initial value 40 ºC, hold time 1 min; ramp of 5 ºC/min until 140 ºC; ramp of 3 ºC/min until 220 ºC; ramp of 1 ºC/min until 270 ºC; ramp of 10 ºC/min until 300 ºC; hold time 4 min. Total run time was 104.7 min. SPME fiber cleaning was performed in the injection port of the GC at 250 ºC for 15 min, with GC oven temperature profile: initial value 40 ºC; ramp of 15 ºC/min until 310 ºC.
