'bend0_h100m_R200km.msh' is the finite-element mesh for the planar fault case.'bend30_h100m_R200km.msh' is the finite-element mesh for the 30° fault bend case.'bend45_h100m_R200km.msh' is the finite-element mesh for the 45° fault bend case.Each input shell is named as bend{bend angle}RS_{psi}_h100m_{CFplane}to{CFbend}.shell. For example, 'bend30RS_20_h100m_070to095.shell' is for a 30° bend, psi=20°, CFplane=0.70, and CFbend=0.95. These parameters are described in the paper.'bend3Dcos.f90' is the source code for the fault bend models.'plane3D.f90' is the source code for the planar fault models.'plot_snapshots.m' is a matlab code to plot rupture snapshots, as in Figure 3.'plot_5slips.m' is a Matlab code to plot the 5 slip distributions and rupture time contours, for example, Figure 4.'plot_5Uzs.m' is a Matlab code to plot the 5 surface displacements, for example, Figure 5.'plot_plastic.m' is a Matlab code to plot the distribution of inelastic strain.
