Immunotherapy Study of Evofosfamide in Combination With Ipilimumab (NCT03098160)

Pre-treatment (PT) and On-Treatment (C3D8) biopsy samples from patients on the Phase I trial of Ipilimumab and Evofosfamide (NCT03098160) were analyzed by RNA sequencing. Tumor biopsy samples from melanoma, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, and HPV- head and neck cancer were collected pre-treatment and after receiving 2 doses of evofosfamide and 2 doses of ipilimumab (C3D8) and analyzed by RNA sequencing.
