In this dataset, we investigate the murine proximal small intestine spatial transcriptomic profile at the day 6 and day 14 post Heligmosomoides polygyrus infection and compare the genes alteration with and without LXR activation by sythetic ligand GW3965 diet. Overall design: Wild type male C57BL/6JRj mice purchased from Janvier-lab were under standard of GW3965 diet for 10 days then mice were infected with 200 L3 Heligmosomoides polygyrus via oral gavage. At day 6 and day 14 post infection, proximal small intestine (4~6cm) was collected from each mouse. To prepare the swissroll, the small intestine was rolled from the proximal to the distal and frozen in OCT. Cryo-sectioned (10µm) and placed on the 10X visium provided slide with a barcoded square (6.5mm x 6.5mm). Libraries were prepared according to 10X Visium spatial transcriptomics protocol and submitted for sequensing
