USE Questionnaire Responses for Evaluating the User Experience of Alodokter Teleconsultation

This dataset contains de-identified questionnaire responses collected from 413 participants who had previously used the Alodokter teleconsultation feature. The dataset was used to evaluate user experience based on the USE Questionnaire dimensions: Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and Satisfaction. The questionnaire consists of 30 Likert-scale items: eight Usefulness items, eleven Ease of Use items, four Ease of Learning items, and seven Satisfaction items. Each response is recorded using a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree). To protect respondents' privacy, all direct identifiers and potentially identifying metadata were removed before publication. Each respondent is represented by a de-identified code. The dataset does not contain names, email addresses, telephone numbers, account identifiers, precise timestamps, IP addresses, addresses, or individual health-related information. The dataset is provided to support transparency, verification, reproducibility, and further academic analysis. The original raw questionnaire export, including metadata not required for the analysis, is securely retained by the authors and is not publicly distributed.
