Analysis of bacterial community sift in oral cancer patients with or without metastasis

The basis of oral cancer development has been reported to be inflammation caused by decrease of oral beneficial symbionts. Normalizing the frequency of oral beneficial symbionts could be rationally an effective strategy against oral cancer. Therefore, it is necessary to understand how the frequency of beneficial oral microbiota is maintained in healthy oral cavity but is not adequately addressed. We therefore aimed to explore beneficial symbionts as future probiotic candidates for oral cancer in our cohort and examine as to how they interact.
