Minutes of Meeting: Library Theory and Research Section, 12 March 2026

The fifth meeting of the IFLA Library Theory and Research Section (12 March 2026) addressed organisational matters and preparations for WLIC 2026 in Busan. Members agreed to hold bimonthly meetings with alternating time slots. Discussions focused on planning the satellite meeting and a participatory open session, alongside updates to the Action Plan, including centenary activities and ongoing projects. The Section also reviewed communication initiatives and encouraged continued member engagement and contributions.
