1- The folder “functional_files.zip” contains preprocessed and denoised resting-state functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging data for 47 subjects. The details of analysis are in the 'MRI experiment' and 'MRI data analyses' sections of the main text of the manuscript. 2- Please sort the participant image files in ascending order from P1 through P47 before running the analysis. 3- Please access the Data.xlsx file from here : https://github.com/shrutikinger/Resting-State-Networks-Underlying-the-Experience-and-Expression-of-Subclinical-Anxiety to get the behavioural and the physiological data to run the second level analyses. 4- For any questions regarding data organization or code execution, please contact Shruti Kinger at shrutik@iiitd.ac.in
