Genomes and antennal transcriptomes of five species of Eucerine bees. Eucerini

WGS sequencing and pooled antennal transcriptomes for five species of pollen specialist and generalist bees from the sister genera Xenoglossa and Melissodes. The genomic data was generated for a comparative genomics project that compares evolutionary patterns of olfactory receptor genes across dietary specialist and generalist bees. The transcriptomics datasets were used during the process of genome annotation, as they contain an enriched set of transcripts of the genes of interest.
