Data underlying the paper: Planktonic primary production in the western Dutch Wadden Sea

A set of environmental variables, measured 40x a year fror the period 2010-2014 including: Sea surface temperature, chlorophyll-a (from hplc), salinity, vertical light attenuation coefficient (from Secchi), dissolved silicate, dissolved phosphate, ammonium, nitrate, nitrate and daily sum of irradiance.<br><br>For the period 2012-2014 approximately 40x per year water samples were incubated under different light intensities using 14C. Data from these incubations were used to fit<br> production-light curves using the model by Jassby &amp; Platt (1976). Data include an estimate +/ st error for the parameters alpha, pmax and ek, and an estimated daily production in mg.

本数据集涵盖2010-2014年间每年40次测定的环境变量，具体包含：海表水温（Sea surface temperature）、叶绿素a（chlorophyll-a，由高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定）、盐度、垂直光衰减系数（基于塞氏盘（Secchi）法测定）、溶解硅酸盐、溶解磷酸盐、铵态氮、硝态氮、硝态氮以及日总辐照度。

2012-2014年间，每年约采集40次水样，采用14C标记法在不同光强条件下开展培养实验。利用上述培养实验所得数据，基于Jassby与Platt（1976）提出的模型拟合光响应生产曲线（production-light curves）。数据集包含参数alpha、pmax、ek的估计值及其标准误，以及以毫克为单位的日生产量估计值。
