The alteration of genome-wide gene expression as a result of PoxCxrE deletion in P. oxalicum under glucose or Avicel cultured condition

To investigate the effect of PoxCxrE on gene expression in P. oxalicum, we sequenced the transcriptomes from the parental strain ?PoxKu70 and deletion mutant ?PoxCxrE which were cultivated in Avicel medium or glucose medium for 24 h after transfer from glucose. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for ?PoxKu70 and ?PoxCxrE under 2 different carbon sources
