本研究通过分子分析技术筛选条斑紫菜MPV17相关基因PyM-LP2。采用遗传转化方法构建了PyM-LP2过表达和干扰表达藻株，并综合运用活性氧检测、光合与呼吸速率测定以及还原力当量测定等技术手段，系统表征了PyM-LP2的抗氧化功能。
In this study, the PyM-LP2, a MPV17-related gene of *Pyropia yezoensis*, was screened via molecular analysis techniques. Genetic transformation was employed to construct algal strains with PyM-LP2 overexpression and RNA interference-mediated silencing. Furthermore, multiple technical approaches including reactive oxygen species (ROS) detection, photosynthetic and respiratory rate determination, and reducing power equivalent assay were comprehensively applied to systematically characterize the antioxidant function of PyM-LP2.
