Transcriptomic profile of the BfmRS regulatory system in Acinetobacter baumannii

The goal of this project is to characterize genome-wide transcriptional regulation by BfmRS, a signal transduction system critical to antibiotic resistance and virulence in Acinetobacter baumannii.
