MeRIP-seq raw data of mouse retina. Mus musculus

We generated the first retina-specific Mettl14-knockout mouse models (RKO) using the Rho-Cre lines and investigated the functions of Mettl14 in retinal rod photoreceptors. To investigate the variations in m6A modification of specific genes, we performed methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (MeRIP-seq) on 3-month-old control (Mettl14flox/flox) and RKO retinas, with independent biological replicates.
