In order to screen phages targeting F. nucleatum, we isolated F. nucleatum strain Fn1 from the oral saliva sample of a patient with periodontal disease, and hoped to use it as a host for phage screening. To fully understand the genomic information of Fn1, we performed whole-genome sequencing on it.
