Kinetic analysis (1 day, 2 days, 4 days, 7 days) and analysis of lipopolysaccharide stimulated 7 day macrophages in comparison to unstimulated 7 day macrophages. Total RNA isolated from fresh monocytes or macrophages cultured for different time points (n = 4 donors).
